I’m a designer with over 10 years in the industry building products and digital experiences for brands worldwide. I’m passionate about creating finely crafted products that address real-world challenges.
About
Originally from Lisbon, my professional journey began at Young & Rubicam Portugal, where I worked on illustration, storyboarding, and post-production projects. It was during this time that my passion for pixel-perfect work, screen design and the way ideas can be communicated in the digital world began. Since then, I’ve been working as a full-time digital designer while pursuing illustration projects on the side.
My passion to solve problems and create visually captivating work led me on a journey around the world, where I’ve been partnering with incredibly talented people from various disciplines, such as strategists, writers, developers, designers and project managers, to deliver products, digital experiences, campaigns and award-winning work for clients around the globe.
I’m currently designing a fighting game at Jadu AR, alongside a highly skilled and diverse team spread across the globe. As a lifelong gamer, the idea of crafting video games seemed like a distant fantasy. The journey so far has been nothing short of excitement and immensely fulfilling.
Before Jadu AR, I worked as a designer for several agencies. I was previously based in Singapore where I created digital products and experiences at R/GA for clients such as Nike, Google and Grab. I was fortunate to work in a team where everyone collaborates openly and strive for excellence with the goal to create meaningful digital experiences that impacts people’s lives.
Before joining R/GA, I worked at Hello Monday in New York where I collaborated primarily with the teams at Google crafting digital-first interactive experiences, defining the look and feel and elevate the user experience across a suite of products and services. Additionally, I helped create visual identities, shaping the user interface and define design guidelines for upcoming brands.
I also worked with the teams at Huge where I helped build digital experiences for the Asia-Pacific market. I got a chance to work on large-scale digital products for P&G while also developing new concepts for emerging brands. I was responsible for defining the visual language, concepting, prototyping and create design systems.
Prior to it, I embarked on an incredible journey by moving to Tokyo to join Nanilani — a Japanese creative agency working closely with brands like Adidas, Softbank, Rakuten, Lacoste, ANA and JINS. It was the most challenging, inspiring and rewarding experience in my life so far. Tokyo is an incredible city and being able to meet a different culture has made me a better designer and a better human being.

Skills
Visual Design and Concepting
I’m passionate about simplifying complex problems and transforming them into intuitive and user-friendly experiences. I specialize in crafting visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces that are carefully designed to meet the needs of clients and achieve their business goals.
Product Design
I like how product design empowers us to leverage user insights to craft products that effectively address real-world challenges, while delivering value to users. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business strategists, to identify user needs, create design concepts, and refine product designs through testing and iteration.
Design Systems
Being detail-oriented, I find immense joy in creating systems that bring value to both internal teams and clients. I’m a firm believer that design systems play a critical role in ensuring that the design process is efficient, effective, and consistent, which can ultimately help organizations create better products and services.
